Thank you for asking about my experience in purchasing a car from your dealership. This is the fourth vehicle that I've purchased from Roger Beasley Mazda. I bought two pickups from the South dealership and I've bought two Mazda3 s from the North dealership. I would rate my overall experience in each of the purchases as being a ten. I have had four different sales people assist me in making purchases and I want to let you know that Alicia Williamson was the best one yet. From the moment that we met I could tell that she was listening carefully to what I was saying and wanted to help me meet my needs. She clearly was not working from some script or agenda, she talked "with" me not "to" me about buying a car and she helped me to clarify my needs versus things that I did or did not want in a car. My wife's car is now three years old and we will be replacing it in two years. I'll tell you right now that when we start car shopping I'm going to call Alicia first. Right now, I assume that I'll end up buying another car through her. Just FYI, I've also had nothing but pleasant experiences with the service departments at both dealerships. Please keep up the good work, your dealerships retain Austin's small town feel in spite of the growth we've experienced.
